These figures represent Bugbear tribal characters, complementing the 8 Bugbear warrior variants of ADD56. The set consists of a male Shaman, a Female Bugbear, a Youth and a Baby. They were sold in packs of three miniatures which included a youth and baby, and either a Shaman or a Female. No variants were made in this code.
Pose 1. The Shaman - This figure represents a Bugbear Shaman, a tribal spellcaster. He is a large, male Bugbear, wearing a studded leather loincloth and a baldrick with an array of bags, pouches, charms and spell components hanging from it. He holds a large, primitive-looking stone hammer in his left hand, and his right makes an arcane sign as if casting a spell.
Pose 2. The Female - This figure is a Bugbear matriarch, wearing a ragged cloth dress, and adorned with a variety of primitive tribal jewellery. She wields a large meat cleaver in her right hand and her left hand gives a beckoning gesture.
Pose 3. The Youth - This figure is a young, male Bugbear with a mohican-style haircut. He carries a leather shoulder bag full of sling-stones for the catapult he holds in his left hand. In his right hand he hefts a small rock, ready to throw at the nearest adventurer!
Pose 4. The Baby - This a baby Bugbear, standing upright and giving an impudent, clenched-fist gesture and holding a small bone club on his left hand.
